Baby mustard greens can be harvested within 12-15 days of germination. Its germination period is 4-7 days.

You can start picking radish greens in 12-15 days when the leaves appear soft and young.

Some leaves can be picked 10-14 days after germination or after 3-4 inches in height.


4 turnip greens


Baby turnip greens are ready for harvest in 18-20 days because they have a very mild taste when they are young.

You can harvest when the leaves are young, the tops will grow to about 5-6 inches tall, which usually takes 14-20 days.

You can start plucking some leaves when the baby reaches a height of about 3 inches within two weeks of sprouting lettuce.
